Policies

All shoots require a minimum of a %40 deposit Fee from the total balance.(Deposit fee must be sent 6 Days upon inuring.)

The total balance is due immediately after the photoshoot. 

The balance must be paid in full if the client wishes to book the day of the shoot.

The studio that is used is rented out to other photographers (I am not the owner) so early booking is suggested to lock in your desired time frame.

Additional guests are free to come but please notify me beforehand.

Hair and makeup must be done before the shoot. If you wish to do hair and makeup during the shoot it will cut into your time frame.

• Additional traveling fees will be applied if the destination exceeds 40 minutes from Kettering, Maryland

• Early arrival is advised. The studio normally has other clients before and after hour session, so time extension is not guaranteed.

• 30 minutes late ($25)

• 45 minutes ($35)

• If you are over 1 hour late than the entire shoot can be canceled, and you will have to pay a $50 inconvenience fee on top of the remaining balance to book in the future.

• If for any reason the photographer is tardy, the client will receive deductions from their total balance.

• You can only reschedule within the same month and the following month if there is availability.

• If you reschedule a shoot, you must pay the remaining balance down to hold your place.

• Clients must check the weather for their desired shoot date. In an event that the weather effects a photoshoot, clients will be allowed to reschedule without any penalties.

• If inclement weather effects a Photoshoot, the photographer makes a suggestion to change locations, but the client refuses then a refund will be issued, and your shoot will be canceled.

• You will have to give a 7-Day notice before the shoot in order to reschedule.

72 Hour Notice - $25

24 Hour Notice - $35

Same Day Cancellation - $50

• Refunds can only be issued if the photographer has to cancel the session or due to injury.

• Clients have the option to reschedule their session.

• Turnaround time for photos are 5-7 Days (7-14 Days for events)

• 48-72 Hour Turn Around time - $50

• Clients have 10 days to send back the images for editing. After the 10 days have passed the service will be rendered completed and the photographer is no longer obligated to do any additional work.

• Clients have 14 days to download and save all images before they are deleted from the Dropbox file. (This policy does not apply to events.)

• Clients have 5 days after the final images are sent to ask for additional editing/corrections to the images. After the 5 days have passed the service will be rendered completed.

• Editing includes light adjustment, skin smoothening, aesthetic changes, subtle object removal, blemish removal, and color adjustment.

• Additional Edited Pictures are available for purchase of $10 per picture.

• We are not able to de-wrinkle clothing, remove stains from clothing, remove noticeable objects (including people and cars) body modifications, adjust skin tones and edit excessive hair.

• ShotByKennahhh is not responsible for creative directing photoshoots or excessively photoshopping photos due to lack of preparation on your part.

• Please seek professional make-up or hair services to ensure the best result of your photoshoots.

• Please do not rely on photoshop to remake your photoshoot.

• It is imperative to have hair, makeup, and wardrobe completely intact prior to arriving at your shoot.

• Clients have 4 days upon receiving final edits to express any questions, comments, concerns and revisions. After 4 days have passed the service will be rendered completed

• If you need any special requests or editing services, we do not provide you will be referred to editors who can be of assistance.

Editing ONLY INCLUDES: color correction, lighting adjustments and aesthetic changes.

Please be advised that we try to take our images to the best of our ability to require the least amount of editing possible so please be aware of your surroundings and understand that photoshop cannot remake your photoshoot.

• Please do not post any unedited content on your page as a post before your delivery time. Editing is part of how I showcase my work and it is crucial my work is represented to the fullest extent.

• Please let me know if you would not require editing on any of your photos

• If the client posts any unedited work without contacting me beforehand and before the delivery time frame, then the service will be rendered completed and edits will no longer be delivered.

We only take CashApp, Apple Pay and Zelle (Cash is not accepted).

Payment is due at the end of the photoshoot. If payment is not received, then you will be charged $20 for every 2 days the balance is not received.
